# My journey to improve myself

Okay, I admit, I wasn't the healthiest guy. I'm still not perfect, but the
difference between me now and after uni is insane when it comes to health. I
actually feel healthier, and when I'm partaking in something unhealthy, I
actually feel sick now.

When I entered university, I decided I would start at least one new good routine
each semester:

1. First year, first semester - New sport, I wasn't happy about how inactive I
was. And it would become worse because I don't have mandatory PE in uni. So I
had to act up. Ended up going to the gym because a friend of mine also
started. It wasn't the idea I had at first, I was thinking of something more
like football, but without the team. I hate team sports when the team takes
the game to seriously, and whetever sport I could possibly start practising,
I would get that problem. So my idea was actually a martial art of some sort.
But gym worked for now, I'm moving. The ideal would be to not pay for
nothing, aka some school team.
2. Second year, first semester - Diet planning and counting macros. I actually
had such good results while in İstanbul. I gained 7kg
in 4 months and kept the body fat close to 15% I'm pretty sure.
3. Second year, second semester - Shower and Hair routine, also learn to self
haircut. It's not like I didn't clean myself. I guess I fell for the hygiene
products propaganda. Before I just would shampoo and then body wash. Now I
also use conditioner in my head and try to detangle it well, for the body,
first anti bacterial soup, then body wash with scent, then body lotion
followed by body oil with the same scent. The self haircut it's to save money
in the long run while always looking fresh
B)
.
